IN REPEAT


The dance performance "In Repeat", choreographed by Eirini Apostolatou and performed by the students of Art Evolution Studio in Patras, showcases an explosive evolution of everyday life, highlighting the power of repetition. Through dynamic dance movements, the dancers reveal the unchanging beauty of this process.

EIRINI APOSTOLATOU

Eirini Apostolatou is a dancer, choreographer, dance teacher, and artistic director of the Patras Art Festival - PAF and the Art Evolution Studio in Patras. She is a graduate of the Greek State School of Dance (KSOT), with postgraduate studies at the Jasmin Vardimon Company - JV2, with which she toured for the first time. She has collaborated with Cirkus Cirkör, Jasmin Vardimon Company, Royal Opera House London, Linda Kapetanea & Jozef Fruček, Johannes Wieland, Anton Lachky, Out of Order, Christine Gouzelis & Paul Blackman, David Lloyd, Maria Lappa, and other choreographers from Greece and abroad. She has presented various dance creations, including "Anavra," "Remains," "Cells," "Articulated Dynamics," "Fission", "I Want to Show You Something," "Phaedra," "Meeting Point," "Sway," and "Duet" at significant European venues and festivals such as the International Kalamata Dance Festival, Deltebre Danza, Camden Fringe, Platform Theatre, Resolution, among others. She has choreographed "A Midsummer Night's Dream" for the DI.PE.THE Patras - Arma Thespidos and her work "Phaedra" was selected by the professional SEAD of Salzburg for the solo project. She has served as assistant producer and choreographer in the production "Enheduanna," which toured Palestine and Serbia. In 2013, she developed her teaching method, Articulated Dynamics, which she teaches worldwide.
